Is KidsBliss Australian owned and operated?

KidsBliss manufacturers organic and natural personal care products for babies, kids and adults. Formulated with organic cold pressed oils, plant extracts and distilled essential oils, our products are carefully created to meet the highest national and international standards.

Does KidsBliss keep my information?

KidsBliss adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information when you checkout and purchase from us. Your credit card information is never provided directly to us, and is securely processed online via our payment partners. The data is encrypted during transmission using secure socket layer (SSL) technology, which is widely used on the Internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.

Where are KidsBliss goods manufactured?

All our products are proudly Made in Australia from locally sourced ingredients. At KidsBliss, we wish to share the natural beauty of Australia with the world and our entire operations from R&D, product testing through to manufacturing is all done here in Melbourne, Victoria.

Does KidsBliss offer a quality guarantee on their products?

Yes! If our products do not perform in line with your reasonable expectations when used as instructed, then we’ll take it back. All of our products are carefully inspected to ensure that they are effective and contain only the highest quality ingredients.

Do your products protect against COVID-19?

The KidsBliss Hand Sanitiser and Surface Sanitiser Spray are laboratory tested and formulated in conjunction with leading scientists from Monash University’s Medical Innovation Centre, with the capacity to kill 99% of germs and bacteria when used as directed including E coli, Pseudomonas, staphylococcus aureus, listeria and salmonella. It is recommended to utilise our products to keep and maintain healthy personal hygiene levels both at home and on the go.

Why should I buy Alcohol Free sanitiser instead of other products available in the market?

Our alcohol-free sanitiser is formulated to be soft and gentle, to moisturise yours and your babies’ skin. Our formulation has been tried, tested and proven to protect against 99% of germs and bacteria suitable for all skin types. In addition, we utilise specific citrus extracts that help in protecting your hands with a longer resistance against bacteria.

How does KidsBliss foaming sanitiser compare against gel-based sanitisers?

Our KidsBliss foaming hand sanitiser will provide at least 5x more applications compared to other gel-based sanitisers of the same volume. That means a 50ml bottle of the KidsBliss hand sanitiser will provide over 200+ applications representing excellent value for money. In addition, the magical foaming pump is specially designed as a no mess applicator that kids love to use.

Is your laundry liquid effective if it does not contain any chemicals?

The KidsBliss laundry liquid range for use in both top loaders and front loaders, is a much-loved household product that tackles stains and odours, while brightening clothes. Our best seller is the Australian lavender laundry liquid, which is infused with lavender essential oils, leaving a hint of lavender on your clothes after every wash. In addition, our products are made with organic and natural ingredients resulting in fluffy towels, leaving your clothes fresh and clean.

If I buy organic vegetables, do I still need to use a fruit and veg wash?

Fruit and vegetables should be washed prior to consumption to remove dirt, harmful bacteria and chemicals from the surface of the fruit. It is advisable to wash all fruit and vegetables even if they are organically grown as bacteria and other nasties can make their way onto produce during stages in the supply chain from transportation, other products to supermarket handling.

How do I check the status of my order?

Once you place an order on our online store, you will receive an email notification confirming the order has been sent to our team. Once goods have been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email notification with the shipment tracking information. You can track the status and location of your delivery on the Interparcel tracking system here.

When can I expect to receive my order?

We dispatch all orders within 48 hours of receiving your order. Our preferred shipping partner is Interparcel and we aim to have all our orders dispatched as soon as possible and minimise any shipping delays within our control.

Can I order products if I do not live in Australia?

Yes, we successfully ship to multiple countries worldwide. Information for international stockists are found here. If your country is not listed, we are happy to ship directly to you. Do you accept refunds for change of mind?

All returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Australian Consumer Law and any other relevant consumer protection legislation. Unfortunately, we do not offer any returns or refunds for change of mind.

What is your returns policy?

For products purchased directly from the KidsBliss website, that you believe it is subject to a return or refund due to faulty or damaged goods, please notify us at info@nativebliss.com.au within 30 days of purchase with a valid reason for return, proof of purchase and photographic evidence.

In the event that you are entitled to a replacement or refund, the replacement or refund will be processed promptly and payment for any refund will be made by the same method that you made payment. All refunds are made at our discretion, unless otherwise required by law.

I have purchased your products from a third party, can I return goods directly to KidsBliss?

For products purchased from a third party such as a retailer or wholesaler, you must contact them to request any refunds or returns. If, after making a genuine effort to resolve the matter directly with that relevant third party, you are not satisfied with their handling of the matter, please provide relevant information to info@nativebliss.com.au for further investigation.
